Als Working Student (m/w/d) Accounting bekommst du Einblicke in ein spannendes Change-Projekt - wir automatisieren unsere Finanzprozesse mit KI und smarter Technologie. Klingt trocken? Ist es nicht. Bei uns triffst du auf ein Team, das Lust auf Innovation hat und trotzdem weiß, wie man prüfungssichere Abschlüsse erstellt.

Bei uns wirst du aktiv ins Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und arbeitest an echten Projekten mit. Dabei unterstützt du unser Team u.a. bei:

• Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Buchhaltungsprozesse - von Plausibilitätsprüfungen über Matching-Listen bis hin zum Aufbau von Machine-Learning-Modellen (ML)
• Optimierung unserer ERP-Systemlandschaft und Ausschöpfung aller digitalen Potenziale mit Abas ERP
• Dokumentation und Standardisierung neuer Prozesse, damit unsere Automatisierung reibungslos läuft
• Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und spannenden Sonderprojekten rund um KI, Controlling und Digitalisierung

Dein Profil

• Laufendes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder Wirtschaftsinformatik-Studium oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen

• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

Your area of responsibility

Are you ready to go beyond basic accounting tasks and take an active role in shaping the future of our finance operations? Then this opportunity is exactly what you’re looking for!

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Accounting, you’ll gain hands-on experience in an exciting transformation project: we’re automating our financial processes using AI and smart technologies. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about innovation - and still knows how to deliver audit-proof financial statements.

You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations and contribute to real projects. Your support will include:

• Implementing and further developing automated accounting processes - from plausibility checks and matching lists to building machine learning (ML) models

• Optimizing our ERP system and maximizing digital features with Abas ERP

• Documenting and standardizing new processes to ensure smooth automation

• Supporting ad-hoc analyses and exciting projects related to AI, controlling, and digitalization

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable degree program - ideally with a focus on accounting

• Good MS Office skills

• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to work accurately and independently

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working as part of a team
