In this position, you will oversee the entire process from preparing quotations to delivery. You will ensure smooth operations, work closely with internal departments, and help provide reliable and competent customer service.
Your responsibilities include handling orders in the ERP system, in particular:
- Creating quotations and order confirmations
- Generating internal repair orders and delivery notes
- Preparing invoices and archiving order-related documents
- Coordinating delivery dates and monitoring delivery times
- Maintaining and verifying customer database
