As Talent & Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for talent management as well as human resources and organizational development, and will actively help shape our processes. The position will initially be a two-year fixed-term contract.
In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Developing and implementing a human resources development strategy, including training planning and continuing education management
• Establishing a leadership development program
• Implementing and refining workforce planning, as well as reviewing staffing requirements and personnel changes
• Establishing a talent and retention management system, including succession planning and career paths
• Refining and implementing performance and feedback processes
• Further developing our corporate culture and organization - including our approach to leadership, values, collaboration, and change processes
• Overseeing and implementing compensation management, including job evaluation
• Further developing and analyzing relevant HR metrics
• Actively participating in HR projects and in the optimization of HR processes
