As a Recruiting & Fleet Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our recruiting and employer branding efforts and will actively shape our fleet management.
In particular, you will take on the following responsibilities:
• Overseeing the entire recruiting process, including conducting interviews and active sourcing
• Building talent pools and recruiting channels
• Organizing and supporting career fairs
• Further developing employer branding and the candidate experience
• Point of contact for staffing agencies
• Development and analysis of recruiting metrics
• Responsibility for overall fleet management, particularly regarding the assignment of company cars and the further development of fleet management processes
• Active participation in HR projects and the optimization of HR processes
